Remote School Improvement Partners

ESP are passionate about supporting and improving schools. We recognise the significant challenges faced by British international schools in engaging School Improvement Partners, with cost and consistency often creating challenges for schools. An ESP Remote SIP will work alongside your school's leadership team to support development and drive improvement as part of a year-long, cost-effective relationship.

The package includes a named ESP Consultant with international School Improvement experience who will work closely with you for the year, providing external support and challenge as well as advice and guidance around mutually identified areas of development.

Why do we need this?

Leadership teams are incredibly experienced at leading initiatives. External support can enhance impact by providing a means of quality assurance and provide a third voice for support and advice.

How does it work?

The support begins with a conversation...

• The school's leadership team share their self-evaluation of the school and agree the areas of development for the support period.

• A focus is chosen and the SIP works with the school to develop the action plan.

• The school submits evidence and progress reports to the SIP on a monthly basis to demonstrate the impact of the plan.

• Every 6 weeks the SIP has a remote ClickMeeting with the leadership team responsible for driving the improvement, provides feedback and agrees next steps.

• The SIP session will be a mixture of support and external challenge and will be driven by the evidence provided.

• New focus areas can be introduced as the year progresses and need emerges.
